My role covers hotel sourcing, guest accommodations, room blocks, arrival and departure logistics, transportation, and the overall flow of the multi-day experience for you and your guests. I work alongside your wedding planner or venue team so that the travel side is completely handled and nothing falls through the cracks.

I am also happy to recommend trusted local vendors — photographers, officiants, florists, planners — once your destination is confirmed.

For elopements, I design and coordinate the full travel experience surrounding your ceremony. That includes where you stay, how your days are structured before and after the ceremony, and any vendors you need on the ground, officiant, photographer, permits if required.

The ceremony itself is typically led by a local planner or vendor. My role is to make sure everything around it is in place so the entire experience feels intentional and effortless.

I assist with flight recommendations and can coordinate your overall travel schedule, but I do not directly book flights.

This allows you to retain full control over your tickets while I ensure everything else aligns seamlessly around your arrival and departure.
